Meet Jacqueline

Jacqueline Simon is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with experience in mental health and substance use treatment since 2015. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and her Master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from New York University. She has practiced across diverse clinical settings including Fort Lauderdale Hospital, the VA Medical Center, Easter Seals, Caron Treatment Centers, and RECO Immersive.

  • In 2024, Jacqueline founded Rising Tide Psychiatry to provide individualized, holistic psychiatric care for individuals navigating mental health and substance use concerns. Her practice is rooted in collaboration, respect, and a whole person approach that recognizes the impact of biology, environment, and lived experience.

  • Jacqueline believes that mental health is inseparable from overall wellbeing. Treatment is never one size fits all. Care is collaborative and tailored, with the goal of long term stability, resilience, and meaningful quality of life, not simply symptom management.
